Here at back to basics I'm not totally off grid yet but working on it. I do heat the house and water plus the hot water for the barn and greenhouse for free,using an outside wood unit. I love it. I love hearing of people that are taking a stand and doing something about the living expenses. If people only new the weekly and monthly expenses they could save.
