Coming from Germany, I'd guess these are the Rolls Royce of solar cells... namely, Schott.

I was on the verge of purchasing some very inexpensive Evergreen 3x6 .55 Volts 3.6 amps cells, but then came across, "...inconsistent output 1.2-1.7 Watts". The multiple eBay listings should have made me wary about their quality in the first place!

With Stirling's recommendation, I'd sooner shop here.

Is there a site where I can find all your PV products?

TIA -and Happy Groundhog Day!

Ivan, You could do this.

I think it would be a mistake. Divide you project into two panels and wire them together after they are made. This will cut your risk in half.

Some literature on the 6x6 cells speaks to fragility. The break easily. As far as what I see, a large panel is about 175 watt. Your 288 watt panel would be a monster.

Hi,

I would like to make a 24v panel with 72 of these cells; Goes about 288 watts. Is it ok to do this? Have not seen any 288 watt panels around.

Thanks
